Re:  Citation Pointe Co-Owners Election & Candidate Interest Form

Dear Citation Pointe Owners,

The Citation Pointe HOA Association will hold an in-person Quarterly HOA Open Meeting and Election on April 12th at 11 am in the large conference room at Lexington Northside Public Library, 1733 Russell Cave Rd, Lexington, KY 40505.

The HOA Open Meeting will include the board election. There will be 3 open board positions up for election.

If you are interested in serving on the board of directors, please complete and submit the enclosed Candidate Interest Form to Assurance Realty and Property Management (ARPM) by March 21sth.  ARPM will evaluate all Candidate Interest Forms using the Member Registry and select Candidates to be placed on the Ballot.  (Only Owners in good standing and free of violations are eligible for election.)

Watch for an additional letter to be mailed and emailed to you on March 21st, including the Candidate List, Proxy Vote instructions and voting instructions for the in-person HOA quarterly meeting & Election on April 12th, 2025

Duties & Responsibilities of the Board of Directors

The Citation Pointe (CPC ) Home Owners Association (HOA) Board of Directors (BOD) is responsible for  overseeing:

  • The Association’s common property, including roofs, mowing, and some exterior maintenance
  • Managing the annual budget and finances
  • Reviewing management reports
  • Establishing the rules and enforcing restrictions and covenants
  • Reviewing and responding to Owner concerns, as needed
  • Attending BOD meetings
  • Providing BOD meeting minutes to Members, per CPC governing documents

There is one seat for the Board of Directors open for Election! The term is for two years, and there are three qualifications to be a Director:

  1. Your HOA dues must be current.
  2. You must not have any outstanding rule violations by the election date. You must be a deeded owner of the property.
