Parking Lot and Garage Numbers
The board and property manager have finalized the dates for the resealing of the parking lot and it is scheduled for July 21st and 23rd. This is critical preventative maintenance for our parking lot, and the parking lines and numbers will be repainted once the sealing is complete. Several of the parking bumpers will also be replaced.
The garage numbers have arrived and will be installed soon.
We are looking forward to the completion of this work. It will help improve the appearance of our property.
Building Door Numbers
If you have not noticed, there are now large numbers above each building entrance. These numbers can help guests find the correct door. Many delivery services allow you to include special instructions as well, so this can help delivery drivers quickly find the correct door.
Dryer Vents
The board and property manager are also finalizing the details for the cleaning of the dryer vents. Some of the 3rd floor units have a different vent layout, so we need to make sure the contractor understands the scope of the work. As announced and discussed at the in-person meeting, each unit owner will be responsible for paying the cost of cleaning the dryer vent for their unit. Dryer lint is highly flammable, so ensuring this leaning is completed in every unit is critically important to the safety of our community.
