Re: Parking reminders
Dear Resident,
Listed below are a few parking rules to the community. Please make sure your vehicle(s) comply with the following guidelines:

No vehicles without valid license plates are permitted. Temporary plates must be for the vehicle they are posted on.

Vehicles with expired tags are not permitted. A warning sticker will be placed on the vehicle and tags must be renewed within 10 days or the vehicle will be towed at the owners expense.

No more than two vehicles per Unit (Condo) are permitted on the open parking lot without permission of the property manager/board of directors.
This does not include occasional guests and visitors.
